Orders and Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout. Shipping and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Jars are glass, so please check your package on arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Email info@queenesheirr.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a photo, and we'll make it right. Because these are food products, we can't accept returns of opened jars.
Food Information
Our products are made in small batches and may contain or come into contact with common allergens. Check the jar label for ingredients and storage instructions, such as refrigerating after opening, and contact us with any allergy questions before ordering.
Classes and Programs
Registration requests are not confirmed until we reply with a date and details. Pricing and cancellation terms for classes, training, and keynotes are agreed with you directly.
