Privacy Policy

Queen E's Heirr (QueenE's LLC, Slidell, Louisiana) runs queenesheirr.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What We Collect

Orders. When you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment details. We receive your order details, contact information, and shipping address. We never see or store your full card number.

Forms. Class registrations, training inquiries, wholesale requests, store requests, and mailing list signups send us the information you type into them, such as your name, email, and message.

Your shopping bag. The items in your bag are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. We don't send that to a server until you check out.

How We Use It

To fill and ship orders, answer your messages, run classes and programs, and send mailing list updates if you joined. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us. We do not sell your information.

Who Else Handles It

Stripe processes payments (Stripe's privacy policy). Our hosting provider and form service may process basic technical data such as IP address to deliver the site and your messages. Fonts load from Google Fonts. We share information only as needed to complete your order or request, or if the law requires it.

Cookies and Tracking

We don't run advertising trackers or analytics. This site stores only what it needs in your browser: your shopping bag, your layout choice, and your cookie choice. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout page. If we offer an embedded booking calendar from Google, it loads only after you accept all cookies in the cookie notice, and Google may then set its own cookies. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Your Choices

Email info@queenesheirr.com to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
